Angi Ciurezu Ivan studied Fines Arts and she honed her craft in Geneva (Switzerland),manager at Saurat hotel in Espot (Lleida), she brings you the favourites and fines family sweets recipes. Francesc Perez Torres trained in Switzerland and Barcelona restaurants, maître of legendary Finisterre, and Via Veneto. He was restaurant manager at both the Melià Barcelona and Barcelona Hilton hotels and Tragaluz before inauguration of La Taula with his wife Angi.
